I woke up this morning and knew I had to share this with you…
Last night on a group call, I asked everyone to share something recent they’re proud of. And when I sat with that question for myself, something surprising bubbled up.
It wasn’t something I did. It was who I’ve become.
I’ve become more brave. More trusting of myself. More discerning – more confident in my judgment, my decisions, my voice.
I’ve become less people-pleasing and more willing to honor me. I’m more patient. Less panicked about what’s outside my control. I’m gentler with myself. More grounded. More real. More ME.
And I realized…I don’t think we celebrate this enough! Not just what we accomplish – but what we heal into.
So I want to ask you:
What have you become? Who are you today that your past self could barely imagine?
Take a moment and breathe that in.
Yes, there’s still work to do, but you’re already living some of the things you used to ache for.
Let that be enough – for today. Let it land. Let yourself rest in the progress that’s real, even if it’s invisible.
And if you’re still in the fog, still in the hard part – you’re not behind.
You’re unfolding. You’re on time. You’re doing the work.
When you need a hand holding space for the next layer of your becoming, I’ve got you.
