I know what that’s like.

There was a time after my marriage I didn’t even recognize myself. I doubted myself, criticized myself, blamed myself – I had stopped trusting ME completely.

And then it clicked: I had completely disconnected from who I am. I had abandoned me.

I’d been living a deep-rooted codependent pattern I’d learned very young to feel loved, accepted and safe – only I didn’t. I felt shame. 

For a solid year, I did the work to heal what I’d been carrying most of my life and never knew. I learned to stop adapting and accommodating and people pleasing, and took care of myself in a real way. I learned how to stay present with myself, and trust myself again – no matter who or what was around me. And I damn sure learned to honor myself and stop showing up in relationships that weren’t good for me.

I didn’t know it then, but that journey back to me became the foundation of the work I now guide others through in my 60-Day Return to Self™ – to heal self-abandonment, reclaim their lives, and come all the way home to who they are – fully, wholly, and unapologetically.
