I’m so proud of your work and the shifts I witnessed thru this journey together – every one of you showed up for yourSelf and each other in a big way! (Even when you didn’t think you were – you were!) I encourage you to look back thru your workbook and make a list of the different tools available, so if you’re in a pickle, you can easily access and continue to practice and heal. This work takes work – but mostly it takes patience and diligence in choosing to BE WHO WE ARE, EVERYWHERE WE ARE. You’ve got this – keep going!
