An enlightening encounter for couples who are ready to break through the barriers that may be breaking down their relationships!

In this 2.5 day intensive, you and your partner will:

Assisting 

Assisting in the R&R™ and Soul2Soul™ Intensives is in a wonderful way to continue your journey to Truth. Through Assisting, you are allowed the opportunity to participate in the circle as deeply as you desire, while simultaneously supporting others through service. You are eligible to assist in any Intensive you have been a full participant in for only the cost of your meals and accommodations. You are required to assist at least one time per year from the date of your initial participation, in order to maintain eligibility. VENMO payment preferred.

Letting Go™ (on-line)

In this deeply transforming 6-week program, you will dive deep to discover and HEAL the unconscious beliefs and perceptions that keep toxic relationships cycling in your life! Through this step-by-step guided process, you will learn how to Turn Toward YOU with compassion and love; identify and LET GO of self-sabotaging, dishonoring beliefs that are blocking your Self Worth and Self-Acceptance, and shift from Codependence to Inter-dependence, freeing you to BE WHO YOU ARE, EVERYWHERE YOU ARE!

A Life In Balance™ (on-line)

This 8-week coaching series offers practical, step-by-step means to create healthy balance in every area of life…Self, Spirit, family, relationships, health, home, finances, career, purpose and more. Fast-paced, fun, and filled with tools to help you balance a busy life without losing your Self emotionally, physically, or spiritually. Watch your life magically unfold as you embark on this exciting journey!

The Sistah Circle™ is an informal, monthly gathering for WOMEN…to share, support, honor, explore, experience, create, play, and anything else our hearts desire! A place we can just BE and know our sisters are there to hold our hand…and our hearts. The gathering is always held on the second Friday of the month and is hosted by a different Sistah each month, in her home or other location of her choosing. We all share in the food and beverage offerings, and the hostess can determine a theme or leave it open to whatever Spirit brings.

Drum Circles leverage group empowerment drumming as a life enhancement tool.
