After betrayal shattered my world, I did all the “right” things – grief work, therapy, trauma release. I thought I’d moved on, but two years later I was still stuck. Anxious. Sleepless. Panicked. Walking through my life on eggshells for no reason.

Then one night, in the middle of a panic attack, I heard a crystal-clear voice say: “You’re out of runway. Turn around.”

That was the shift. I knew instantly the panic wasn’t the problem – it was me running from the problem.

When I finally turned toward it, I found her: my tiny, terrified 3-year-old Self, buried in shame. She felt abandoned. Betrayed. Lost. Alone. She believed it was her fault.

Betrayal hadn’t just broken my trust. It ripped open every untrue belief I’d carried since childhood – and it refused to let up until I faced it…and healed it.

That was the beginning of the most profound healing of my life. The work I did brought me back to WHO I AM – wholly and completely. And it became the foundation of what I now call Soul Integration – the work I guide others through today.

This isn’t just mindset work.
It isn’t just trauma release.
It’s a Soul-level reconnection with WHO You Are. Who you’ve always been.
