I don’t know about you, but this week feels like the real first week of the new year – and I’m both excited and a little anxious to get things rolling!
Last night, as I was prepping for my week, I pulled up one of my favorite exercises that helps me get clear about where I AM, so I can map out a clear path to where I want to land. Not just the obvious steps, but the not-so-obvious that will keep my energy clear and inspire me to keep moving toward my highest intentions and goals.
