Hi, I’m Kate!
I’m a guide for those who’re doing the work, but find themselves at that tender threshold between healing and wholeness – where integration truly begins.
Through years of walking beside clients through loss, betrayal, and deep-transformation, I began to see it: That sacred pause between who they were and who they’re becoming.
That’s what inspired me to create The A.L.T.A.R. Practice® –
a simple, sacred rhythm to help you tune into your higher guidance, rebuild self-trust, and remember that peace isn’t something you find – it’s something you remember.
